🏆 The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Supervisor to join our team at TCR. This role is crucial for managing stock and customer expectations, ensuring Parts Excellence and top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will excel under pressure, demonstrate strong leadership, and have a proactive approach.

🎬 Key Responsibilities Materials Issue

  • Oversee daily activities, prioritising customer service.

  • Coach and develop staff, leading by TCR/TMS core values.

  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans.

  • Work with customers to interpret requirements.

  • Provide prompt counter service and respond to calls courteously.

  • Issue materials with correct paperwork and ensure proper booking and delivery.

Goods Inward

  • Check and receipt deliveries, unload vehicles safely.

  • Organise the quarantine area and label new stock items.

  • Ensure parts are sorted for correct locations.

Stock Control

  • Participate in stock counts and reconcile against inventory.

  • Ensure stock items have barcodes and maintain traceability.

🕵 What We Are Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in a parts role with strong leadership skills.

  2. Proficiency in parts catalogue systems and stores procedures.

  3. Ability to delegate and inspire others.

  4. Customer-focused, organised, and accurate with good IT skills.

  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations; SAP experience preferred.

  6. Proven people management experience in a fast-paced engineering sector.

  7. Minimum Level of commercial vehicle knowledge and Level 2 City and Guilds or IMI qualification.
