About the Job
This is an exciting time for our company! We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions, to a global leader. TCR Group is made up of six regions, with the UK being one of the six global regions.
As our AP/AR Supervisor you will lead an accounts payable team ensuring working capital is optimised by developing a transaction-focused culture. You will also drive sustained improvements in TCR’s credibility with external and internal stakeholders by minimising supplier account-stops and reducing invoice back-logs.
For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable supervisor with excellent communications skills, who will deliver and improve on the company’s control environment and identify and escalate non-conformity with the delegation of authority.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA, qualified AAT, graduate or equivalent. You need to have advanced Excel skills, good written and verbal communication skills and excellent data analysis skills. You need to be proactive, self-motivated and flexible to fit into our fast paced, challenging environment.
