🏆 The Opportunity
We have an exciting opening for a Service & Safety Administrator at LGW, joining TCR UK Ltd, a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in SAP systems and safety management, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

📅 Working Hours
• Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630 with some flexibility based on operational needs.

🎬 Key Responsibilities
The Service & Safety Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the control of all SAP systems and overseeing safety on site. Key duties include:
• Liaise with customers on the status of vehicles, routine maintenance, and damage repairs.
• Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor and Operations Manager on equipment status and processing.
• Ensure the timely collection and delivery of GSE.
• Create service jobs in SAP, raise purchase orders, and update service schedules as required.
• Manage subcontractors and warranty claims.
• Assist in audits, create status reports, and maintain records of work done.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain updated safety schedules.

🛠 Knowledge and Skills
• Understanding of motor mechanics (desirable).
• Understanding of workshop procedures and systems.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented and delivery-focused.
• Literate, numerate, and analytical.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other IT tools.

🕵 Experience
• Experience working in a customer-focused, pressurised environment.
• Experience in the vehicle maintenance sector.

🎓 Qualifications
• A good level of general education.
• Strong IT skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and other software.
